Remove the fuse panel cover from the driver’s kick panel.  
Unscrew and remove the kick panel.

Carefully route the wires around the battery to the passenger 

side.  Cover the wiring with 1/2” Loom as shown.

Route the 12 Gauge Speaker Cable under the sill panel up to 

the driver’s kick panel.

Remove the battery cover and the plastic panels on either 

side of the battery.  Unscrew and remove the plastic panels 
inside the storage area as well.

Carefully unclip the sill panel.

Drill a 9/16” hole in the firewall in the location shown.  Snap 
in a Grommet and route all the wires through the Grommet.  
Reinstall the kick panel and sill panel.

If using the HD-RLC Remote Level Control, route its wire 

to the desired remote location and pass it through the 

Grommet as well.  Follow the instructions included with the 
HD-RLC for proper mounting procedure.

Remove the screw cover on the driver’s side sill panel, and 
remove the screw.

Connect a Fuse Tap to the appropriate fuse as listed below:

Base System:

Fuse 6, Row C

Premium System:

Fuse 2, Row C

Do not install the fuses at this time.  Connect Remote Turn-

on Wire to the Fuse Tap
