VII.TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
No Sound
Incorrect wearing, the in
ear detection sensor failure
Remove the hearing aid, wear
it correctly
Volume too low
Increase volume if volume control
available
Device is not charged
Microphones are clogged
Ear Domes or speaker tip
are clogged
Place charging the hearing aid
until the indicator is lighted in
green color.

Reposition your hearing aids in their
slots, ensuring the contact points
are touching the charge points in
the case.
Reinsert the hearing aid into the
charging case

Check to see if the hearing aid is
reversed
