OPERATION, CLEANING, TROUBLESHOOTING
Connecting the loudspeaker
•
Connect the audio cable (5) of the loudspeaker to the headphone jack
(3.5mm) of your device, e. g. MP3-Player.
•
Switch the loudspeaker on using the slide switch
ON OFF
(1). The
power indicator (2) lights up red.
•
Adjust the volume at your connected device.
•
Put the switch
ON OFF
(3) to position
OFF
in order to switch off the
loudspeaker.
•
Please note that if you only turn off the loudspeaker, the external
playback device will continue playing.
Cleaning the housing
•
Remove dust with a soft dusting cloth.
•
Do not use a wet sponge, wax, spray polishes, or abrasives.
•
Caution:
No water must reach the housing. If so, let the device dry
thoroughly before operating it again. Please do not dry the device in an
oven or microwave oven.
Troubleshooting
•
If the loudspeaker fails to operate, check the following:
Are the batteries (type AAA/UM-4) inserted into the battery
compartment?
Are the batteries inserted correctly? Pay attention to the correct
polarity (+) and (-) according to the markings.
Are the batteries low? In this case replace all batteries.
