When setting Enabled you can using keyboard by key in password/ USB Device to
power on system.

(3) CMOS RAM Clear (3-pin) : JBAT
A battery must be used to retain the motherboard configurations in CMOS RAM. To
close pin 1-2 of JBAT to store the CMOS data.
To clear the CMOS, follow the procedure below:
1.
Turn the system power off and unplug the AC power
2.
Remove ATX power cable from ATX power connector of the motherboard
3.
To locate JBAT and close pin 2-3 for a few seconds
4.
Return JBAT to its default setting by closing pin 1-2
5.
To connect ATX power cable with ATX power connector of the motherboard
Note: When should clear the CMOS

Can’t remember the password setting up for BIOS

In any case when system boot fail
