This item is for attempts to launch EFI shell application (Shell x64.efi) from one of the
available filesystem devices.

How to set CN1, CN2 add-on card to run PCIE X1 or PCIE X4 mode:
User can purchase compatible add-on card to install on CN1 & CN2 header for
function expansion (e.g. ADE4NV13M). When installing such add-on cards, user
needs to pay attention to the following points:
1.
PCIE add-on card run in PCIE X1 or PCIE X4 mode (e.g. ADE4NV13M run in
PEIE X 4 mode). Please make sure of the running mode of compatible add-on
card before installation.

As default BIOS setting, CN
1
& CN2 headers on NF9G board support only PCIE
X1 mode; user can enter BIOS to check CN
1
& CN2 PCIE running mode:

If the add-on board you purchase run in
PCIE X1
mode, you can install it on the
board without the following further settings;

If the add-on board you purchase run in
PCIE X4
mode, you need to visit our
official web site and go to ‘NF9G’ page and to download the file
‘
NF9G_PCIEX4SET.rar’,
uncompress the file and execute
‘X4.BAT’
to change
BIOS settings for the card to run in
PCIE X4
mode;
