Pre-Operation Instructions
1.
Ensure that the machine is switched off before proceeding with the following
instructions.
2.
Connect the high pressure hose to the high pressure hose outlet.
3.
Connect the spray gun to the hose.
4.
Connect the water supply (water supply hose not supplied) to the inlet water
fitting on the pump. Ensure that the water supply is sufficient for the operation of
the pump, if you are uncertain of the suitability of the water supply then refer to
the recommended flow rate, which is displayed on the data plate on the pump
body.
WARNING: Ensure that the water inlet supply filter is clean and filter is not
blocked due to the presence of foreign particles in the water supply. Clean the
water inlet supply filter regularly to ensure smooth operation.
5.
Ensure diesel tank is full.
6.
Check that the oil level on the pump indicates the correct level (refer page 7).
7.
Plug the machine direct to power supply. If an extension lead needed, please
refer to warning below.
WARNING: A lead of excessive length could cause a drop in line voltage
resulting in damage to the machine or loss of power and/or overheating.

Operation
1.
Read the chapter on safety precautions before proceeding to use this machine.
2.
Turn water supply to the ON position.
3.
Press the Motor On/Off Switch to the ON position.
4.
If you require hot water operation press the Burner On/Off to the ON position and
set the Thermostat to the required temperature.
5.
Point the lance towards the object to be cleaned and depress the trigger on the
gun.
