Using Pedal Assist
WHEN YOU PEDAL WITH THE POWER TURNED ON, THE MOTOR WILL GIVE BOOSTS OF POWER TO BIKE TO SUPPLEMENT
YOUR EXERTION AND HELP YOU REACH THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE SPEED OF 15.5 MPH. WITH "PEDAL ASSIST," YOU CAN GO
FARTHER AND FASTER ON LESS EFFORT.
THE BOLT PRO FEATURES CADENCE-BASED PEDAL ASSISTANCE, IN WHICH THE MOTOR WILL DELIVER SUPPLEMENTAL
POWER WHENEVER YOU ARE PEDALING. ANY ROTATIONAL EFFORT YOU PUT INTO THE PEDALS WILL TELL THE MOTOR TO
TURN ON—SO YOU CAN WORK YOUR MUSCLES AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH AS YOU’D LIKE.
IF YOUR EFFORTS TAKE YOU BEYOND THE SPEED THRESHOLD OF 15.5 MPH, PEDAL ASSISTANCE WILL NO LONGER KICK IN.
