Some Windows 10 users may experience issues with bad drivers for the Micro, to make 

sure your computer can talk to the Micro open the Device Manager and see if there is a 

Yellow warning sign next the device (see pictures below).

If you have the Yellow warning sign, just double click the device and click the Uninstall 

Device button in the next dialog window.
