20. Children aged 3 to 8 years shall only switch the heater on/off if it is
placed on or installed in its intended operating position and
in case that they
are given supervision or have been instructed beforehand on how to use the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged
3 to 8 years are not supposed to plug in the device, regulate or clean it.
