The unit does not
respond (no power)
AC cord is not plugged properly into a
wall outlet or the connector is not
plugged into the AC IN jack on the
back of the unit.
Wall outlet is not functioning.
Plug the AC cord into a wall outlet and plug
the connector into the AC IN jack on the
unit.
Plug another device into the same out
outlet to confirm the outlet is working.
iPod cannot not be
docked properly.
Using wrong iPod Adaptor.
Make sure the dock insert is properly fit for
your iPod.
