SNOOZE FUNCTION 

 

When the alarm sounds, tap the SNOOZE BUTTON (#11) to temporarily turn off the alarm 
and activate the snooze function, the alarm will stop and turn on again 9 minutes later. This 
can be repeated when the alarm sounds again. 

 

NOTES: 

 The corresponding ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 ICONS (#22 or #23) flash on the LCD 

DISPLAY (#12) during the snooze period.       

 To cancel the snooze function and alarm, tap the 

 

BUTTON (#9). 

 
 

LISTENING TO THE RADIO 

 
1.  Tap the 

 

BUTTON (#9) to turn on the unit. 

2.  Tap the SOURCE BUTTON (#9) repeatedly to select AM/FM/Weather band/Weather 

band Alert in below sequence. 
FM -> AM -> AUX -> WB -> WB ALERT 

 

                       

3.  Tap the SOURCE BUTTON (#9) repeatedly to select either FM or AM radio mode 
4. 

Manual Tuning:

 Repeatedly 

tap the 

TUNE - or TUNE + BUTTONS (#5 or #7)

 to

 

manually adjust the frequency. 

5. 

Automatic Tuning: 

Press and hold the TUNE - or TUNE + BUTTONS (#5 or #7) to 

automatically tune to the next or previous available station. 

6.  Tap the VOLUME - / + BUTTONS (#8 / #10) to obtain the desired volume level. 
7.  Press and hold the 

 

BUTTON (#9) to turn the radio off 

 

Notes: 

  Use  Manual  Tuning  to  select  weaker  stations  that  might  be  skipped  during  Automatic 

Tuning. 

  If the Automatic Tuning does not stop on the exact frequency of the station, for example, 

it stops on 88.9 MHz instead of 88.8 MHz, use the manual tuning method to “fine tune” 
to the exact frequency of the desired station. 

  When in radio mode, the display will automatically switch back to show the time after a 

few seconds.   

  When listening to the radio, you can check the frequency of the station you are listening 

by tapping the TUNE - or TUNE + BUTTONS (#5 or #7) once. The unit will automatically 
return to show the time if you do not tap any button within 10 seconds.

 

 
HINTS FOR BEST RECEPTION:

 

- The AM antenna is located inside the cabinet of the unit. If AM reception is weak, change 

the position of unit until the internal antenna picks up the strongest signal. 

- To insure maximum FM tuner reception, the Telescopic Antenna should be fully extended 

and rotated to obtain the best possible station reception.

The unit allows you to store up to 20

tations and 20 AM stations for easy recall at any 

time.

3.  Tune to the desired radio station either by “manually” or “automatically” tuning method.
