INTRODUCTION
This appliance is intended for domestic use for the purpose of pumping rainwater, fresh water, mains water and chlorinated swimming pool water.
It is also suitable for the effective drainage of cellars, sinks, cisterns, baths and the general transfer of water. It must not be used for pumping
drinking water, household water or the delivery of foodstuffs. The appliance is not suitable for pumping explosive or flammable materials or
sewerage.
Do not use this equipment to pump industrial residue or sea water. This pump is not designed for continuous running (e.g permanent circulation
in filter systems). It should not be used to pump liquids containing abrasive materials (e.g containing mixtures of dirt, sand, mud or clay). Improper
use may result in damage or personal injury and will invalidate the warranty provided with this appliance. Do not modify this equipment for any
other use. Only use Jefferson approved spare parts. Contact your Jefferson Dealer for further information if you are unsure about any aspect of the
operation, maintenance or repair of this equipment.
