Viewing IP Configuration of the PC using IPCONFIG (continued)
Using the minimal network connectivity test configuration described, the
following rules should be observed:
•
The Subnet mask on the PC and the T464 should be the same.
•
The IP of the PC and the T464 should NOT be the same.
•
The IP of the T464 should be selected from a range within the same
subnet as the PC.
Note:
The minimal network connectivity configuration described does not
make use of the gateway parameter. The T464 factory default value (0.0.0.0)
may be used.
