BEFORE USING THE DEVICE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Remove all packaging.
- Clean the device using a slightly damp cloth. Dry the device.
- Fully uncoil the power cable.
- Before using the device, make sure your hair is clean and tangle-
free
- Fill-in the water tank with water (water preferably low in mine-
rals) and insert it in the device, following the instructions indicated
in « HOW TO FILL IN THE WATER TANK » in this user manual
pages 5 & 6
- Select the level of steam desired, thanks to the setting at the back
of the device, see «STEAM RELEASE SETTING» in this user ma-
nual page 6
- Once the water tank is inserted and the steam level selected, plug
the device in. Press the ON/OFF button until the LED indicator
is on.
- Select the desired temperature thanks to the +/- buttons.
TEMPERATURE LEVEL / HAIR TYPE:
150°C-170°C / FRAGILE HAIR, VERY THIN HAIR
190°C-210°C / CURLY, WAVY, DENSE HAIR
220°C-235°C / THICK, VERY CURLY HAIR
- The LED indicator will blink until the selected temperature is
reached. Once the blinking stops, a bip sound will indicate that the
device has reached the requested temperature.
- When using the device for the very first time, keep the device
tongs in closed and open position for 5 seconds, 5 times, until the
steam appears. Once the steam appears, the device is ready for
straightening.
- Slowly glide the straightener on a strand of hair, until the tip.
- Once straightening is over, press the ON/OFF button to turn
the device off, then unplug it. Leave it for few minutes for cooling.
HOW TO FILL IN THE WATER TANK

STEP 1 : Ensure the Steam Protect is
unplugged from mains.
*Do not attempt to fill the tank while the
Steam Protect is on or hot.
STEP 2 : Release the Steam Tank by using
the unlock button see FIG 1.
STEP 3 : Hold the water tank down in your
hand, carefully pull back the black rubber
seal using the tab until it opens the tank
(do not pull hard not to damage the rubber
