A: Single item status(0=no,1=yes).
B: TAX/VAT status(0 to 7).
C: High digit lockout limit(HDLO)(0 to 7).
DEFGHI: unit price(6 digits).
Example: programming single, taxable 1 and taxable 2 and taxable 3, HDLO 7, unit
price 2.34 on department 3.
