Disassembly/Reassembly
2. Lift the Lower Sensor Board up and off the Car-
rier Base.
Transport Belt Removal
To remove the VEGA Unit’s Transport Belts,
proceed as follows:
1. Remove the single (1) Mounting Screw (Figure 4-
a
) retaining the Tension Pulley Assembly in
place (Figure 4-20

). Take the Tension Pulley
Assembly off the Carrier Base (Figure 4-20
).
2. Remove the three (3) Screws (Figure 4-21

) retaining the Belt Cover (Figure 4-21

) to the Carrier Base (Figure 4-21
c
).
3. Remove the Belt Cover Assembly from the Car-
rier Base.
4. Remove the two (2) Transport Belts (Figure 4-22

) from the Carrier Base (Figure 4-22
