Park Machine Up

Release Attachment

Disconnect Attachment

Restart Machine

Insert tommy bar

Remove Attachment

Park the machine on firm level 
ground. Position the attach-
ment (A) just above the ground 
and dozer (B) on the ground.

Start the engine, rest 
attachment on the ground  
and engage the hydraulics. 

Apply downward pressure to 
the tommy bar to release the 
buckets rear pivot.

Slowly roll the quickhitch in the 
direction of the arrow whilst 
raising the dipper to release the 
front pivot (A). 

Stop the engine, remove any 
connected hydraulic hoses and 
remove the locking pin.

Insert the tommy bar into the 
hole of the latch hook.

6. Remove the tommy bar from the Quickhitch.
7. Start the engine and carefully rest the attachment on the ground.
8. Slowly roll the Quickhitch back in the direction of arrow and simultaneously raise the dipper arm to release

the attachment’s front pivot pin from jaws.

WARNING! The attachment will move when released. Stand clear and to one side when releasing the

attachment.

5. Apply a downward pressure on the bar to release the attachment rear pivot pin from the latch hook, allowing

it to swing forward as shown.

Maintenance

Check the operation of the Quickhitch daily.

Examine the Quickhitch daily for broken or missing parts.

Remove any debris from the latch hook locking mechanism.

Grease the Quickhitch daily.

If the Quickhitch is cleaned by high pressure water, always grease it afterwards.

Visually inspect the condition of the hydraulic hoses to the Qucikhitch.
