OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Intended Use
This circular saw is intended for fully supported
cross and rip cuts and bevel sawing of hard and
soft woods and board/sheet materials. It can
also be used for plunge cutting.
The tool must not be modified or used for
any other purposes than the ones described in
these instructions.
Circular Saw Assembly
Prior to any assembly and adjustment always
disconnect the tool from the power supply.
WARNING!

Place this circular saw on its side on a flat
surface. Bring the base plate down to the
minimum depth cut as it’s easier to change
the blade.
m
Push the spindle lock button toward motor
housing and hold it firmly.
m
Turn the blade clamp bolt anti-clockwise.
m
Remove the blade clamp bolt and outer
flange.
m
Raise the lower guard by using the lever
for lower guard, and then remove the saw
blade.
m
Clean the saw blade flanges then mount the
new saw blade onto the output spindle and
against the inner flange.
m
Make sure the saw teeth and arrow on the
blade point in the same direction as the
arrow on the lower guard.
m
Reinstall the outer flange and tighten the
blade clamp bolt.
m
Make sure that the saw blade runs freely by
turning the blade by hand.
Depth Adjustment

Loosen the lock lever for depth adjustment.
m
Hold the baseplate flat against the edge
of the work piece and lift the body of the
saw until the blade is at the right depth
determined by the depth of cut scale (align
the scale line).
m
Tighten the lock lever for depth adjustment.
Angle Adjustment
m
Loosen the Lock knob for angle adjustment.
m
Adjust the shoe to the desired angle
between 0°to 45°. [See miter scale].
m
Tighten the lock knob for angle adjustment.
Power Switch
Before engaging the ON/OFF switch, check
that the saw blade is properly fitted and runs
smoothly and that the blade clamp bolt is
well tightened.
WARNING!

Connect the plug to the power supply. The
power-on indicator light will remain lit until
the tool is disconnected from the power
supply.

To switch on the circular saw, press the
lock-off button and pull the ON/OFF switch
trigger.
m
When you release the switch trigger the
tool turns off.
