2. Inserting

Changing Cartridges

To change a catridge safely, unplug the tool or turn off the station before following these guide-
lines.

Loosen the screw and remove the cartridge.
     Use PLR195 pliers if it is still hot.

1. Removing

Important: 

Insert the cartridge as far as the 

mark for a correct connection.

4. Fixing

Align the cartridge tip with the feeder
nozzle. Use PLR195 pliers for a correct tip 
alignment.
    

3. Aligning

Important: 

Tighten the screw again. This is 

necessary for the tool to function. Being careful 
not to over-tighten.
