Upright Charging:

1.  Connect the charging hose to the scale side port
2.   Connect the other end of the charging hose (with the charging valve closed)  

to the system

3.  Attach can tap to the refrigerant canister (can tap should not release refrigerant)
4.  Connect one end of the hose to the can tap
5.  Connect the other end of the hose to the scale platter fitting
6.   Use the Velcro loop to secure the can to the hose and stabilize the can on the  

scale platter

7.  Open the can tap valve to release the refrigerant
8.  Turn on the scale and scale will display combined weight of cylinder and gas
9.  Short press the TARE button to zero the scale
10. Charge the system by throttling the charging valve and monitoring the scale weight
11.  Once the proper weight is transferred from the canister to the system, close the can 

tap and charging valve and remove the charging hose from the system
