Operation
1
. When visitors press the chime button:
a. The monitor will chime and the visitors will be displayed on the screen.
b. You can pick up the handset and talk to the visitors.
c.
You can view visitors without picking up the handset, or view camera images at
any time without visitors being aware they are being observed.

. The monitor will chime and display the image, if the handset is not picked up
within 30 seconds the system will shutdown. After picking up the handset a 2 way
conversation may be conducted for two minutes, and if an optional door latch is
installed the door can be opened by pressing the door latch button.

Pressing the monitor button at any time will show the cameras image for 10
seconds.

. The chime sound volume and contrast controls are situated under the handset.

The user can connect a electrical lock between monitor connector No.5 & No.6
as showed on the wiring diagram. The drive voltage for door-open from the monitor
is 12V, when the user select the electrical lock, please make sure the resistor of the
lock is not less than 15
Ω, that means before install the lock if you use a voltage meter
to measure the resistor between point A and B (as showed in the wiring diagram),
there must be at least 15
Ω resistor in the lock, otherwise, it may cause the picture
unstable trembling and damage the adaptor.

Due to the camera unit being equipped with infrared illumination, visitors can be
displayed on the monitor in weak lighting night, but due to CMOS camera’s own
feature, you can not see very clear picture in the very poor light condition.
