You can press on the 4 icons on the screen to change the various
settings for your video shoot:
Video Resolution
Press the

to adjust
the Video Resolution, you have 5 options as
follows:

to turn on/off
the function. Press
once to set up.
This will set the device to pre-record 3 sec.
before you start the actual video shoot
