• Place in one or in the other position depending on the food you are going to cook. For meat the grid must be
placed closed to the heating element, the meat indication will be visible (picture B). To cook fish, place the
grille in the inversed position, the fish indication will be visible (picture C).
• Pour water into the tray (3) before you connect the appliance (maximum 350 ml), avoid the water touching
the heating element and verify it does not run out while in use. Doing that you will avoid the smoke
produced when falling the grease over the tray.
• Insert the connector (8) into the base (7) and push the on switch (6) to the “
I
” position.
• Plug in the appliance and wait a few seconds for the electrical element to heat.
Then put the food on the grid (1).
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning make sure the appliance is cold and that it is not connected to the mains.
• Remember you must not immerse the electrical element and the resistance support in water.
• Remove the grid.
• Remove the resistance support with the heating element.
• Use a dampened cloth to clean the resistance support and the tray.
• Do not use to clean abrasive or chemical products, metallic scourers, and such may deteriorate the surfaces.
• The grille once removed may be cleaned with soap and water.

• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the environment.
