Troubleshooting for your product

If you have any questions regarding the compatibility of your iPod/iPhone product with the
AeroSystem

®

Problem

Do not hear 

any sound from 

AeroSystem

®

The product 

does not 

switch on

The remote 

control is 

not working

The iPod is not 

responding

or not charging

Possible cause of the problem

No Power supply

The volume level is too low

Your iPod or iPhone product does not 

have songs in memory or it does not work

The Apple product is in < stop > mode

or < pause > mode

The plug is not fully inserted 

in the socket

The battery is out of power

Sensor not in accessible range 

by the remote

The battery has been installed

in the wrong position

The iPod is not fully inserted

on the connector

The adapter does not matching the Apple

product model

Make sure that the electric plug is 

connected to AC Socket and the 

switch is in < On > position

Check that the half mute function is 

Off (LED not blinking). Increase volume.

Check other input USB or Line-in; if OK, 

check with another Apple product

Check on the Apple product screen that 

the song track is playing

Check that the plug is correctly

inserted into the socket

Try to plug and unplug your AeroSystem

®

Replace the battery (see page 9)

Check that no obstacle is between the 

remote and the infrared sensor

Open the remote battery cover and 

check that the (+) side is on the top

Unplug the iPod and plug it in again

Check the instruction manual and 

make sure that the adaper matches

the Apple product you are using
