Step 3
You will need:
4 x Long
Bolts
(H3)
4 x Lock
Washers
(H4)
4 x Flat
Washers
(H5)
Attach 1 x Lock Washers (H4) and 1 x Flat Washers (H5) into 1 x Long Bolts (H3).
Insert 1 x Long Bolts (H3) with Washers into holes of Back Corner Block as illustration shown.
Repeat the step for next 3 x Long Bolts with Washers into another holes of Back Corner Block.
Do not fully tighten screws (leave slightly loose). When the items is fully assembled tighten the
screws - but do not over tighten.
Step 4
You will need:
4 x Screws
(H6)
Attach Seat Cushion (P2) onto Seat Frame (P3) and line it up.
Insert 1 x Screw (H6) through one of the hole of Seat Frame (P3).
Press the Seat Cushion (P2) tight as possible with one hand against the Seat Frame (P3).
Tighten the screw with a Phillips Head Screwdriver in another hand.
Insert 1 x Screw (H6) in one of the holes on the opposite side of the frame,
checking the traced lines to ensure the cushion is still in alignment with the frame.
Tighten the screw with the screwdriver.
Repeat Step 4 with the remaining screws.
Fully tighten all the screws and bolts when it is assembled on a flat surface.
