Placing the leg under the elevating belt
NOTE! The elevating belt is now ready for positioning. Check all bolts once more and tighten them when
necessary.
6.2.1
Fixed leg and accompanying buttress set
Two legs are available for placement under the elevating belt. See
. The legs have a maximum adjustment
range. The adjustment range is based on a fixed distance to the swivel base and an inclination angle of 24⁰.
Small, angled leg for a belt with the return unit in the manure pit (ZMMT014762-831) with accompanying
buttress set (ZMMT014762-832). Adjustment range: ± 75 cm.
Big, angled leg for a belt entirely on the ground (ZMMT014762-850) with accompanying buttress set
(ZMMT014762-851). Adjustment range: ± 75 cm.
Big, straight leg for a belt entirely on the ground (ZMMT014762-859) with accompanying buttress set
(ZMMT014762-832). Adjustment range: ± 100 cm.
If necessary, grind the outer profile of the leg to size and drill new mounting holes. For the placing of the elevating
belt, a set of lifting plates (ZMMT014762-834) is supplied with each elevating belt.
