Mounting the supporting rollers and tensioning the transport belt 

Where necessary mount the supporting rollers (ROLJ014762-022). See 

Figure 2.12

.

Place two supporting roller brackets opposite to each other at the bottom side of the side profiles.

Place the supporting roller between the supporting roller brackets. 

 

IDEA!  Mount  the  supporting  rollers  at  one  side  in  the  slot,  so  that  the  supporting  rollers  are  almost 
immediately placed perpendicularly to the frame. 

 

NOTE! Maximal center distance of the supporting rollers is 3 m! 

3.

 

Tension the transport belt. The belt is correctly tensioned, if it sags about 3 to 5 cm between the supporting 
rollers (center to center distance of 3 meter). Also see the user manual.
