TO ADJUST THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN
THE NEEDLE AND
THE FIXED NEEDLE GUARD
Correct setting:
The clearance between needle and the fixed needle guard should be 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm.
To adjust:
1: Remove the foot and needle plate and lower the needle to its lowest position.
2: Loosen the set screw A and adjust the position of the fixed needle guard.
3: Tighten the set screw A.
4: Attach the needle plate and the foot.
