Troubleshooting
If the device is not working properly, please check the following

Clean or unblock the intake opening.

The restricted airflow has an effect on vapour
formation.
Water leaks from
the device
•
Are the cladding and inner
lining installed incorrectly?

Has the device
overturned?
•
Low temperature or high
humidity?
•
Remove it and replace it properly to ensure
that the formation of vapour is unhindered.
•
Follow the instructions for accidental spills.
•
Under these conditions, the condensation
condenses quickly into water droplets.
Attention
The amount and intensity of the vapour produced varies, but is not considered a fault. Factors affecting
the amount of mist include the amount of water in the tank, the humidity and temperature of the room
and the air flow.
If there is no water in the tank, pressing the PAPER button will cause the appliance to "beep" 3 times to
remind you to add water. The appliance will not work without water.
In the event that the appliance tips or overturns during use, please follow the steps below to avoid
malfunction.
•
Unplug the appliance and remove the cover.
•
Pour out the remaining water from the water tank.
•
Shake the appliance gently to drain off any water that may be in the appliance housing, then
leave to dry for at least 24 hours.
