Statutory rights remain unaffected by this warranty provision. In fact this warranty grants additional right to the Owner that are independent
from the statutory warranty provisions. This extended warranty is not transferable.
Jamie Oliver may from time to time change the design of its products. Nothing contained in this warranty shall be construed as obligating
Jamie Oliver to incorporate such design changes into previously manufactured products, nor shall such changes be construed as an admission
that previous designs were defective.
If the claimed model is no longer in the product range and a adequate spare part is not available during the extended warranty period, Jamie
Oliver will replace the barbecue with a similar or higher value product.
