Common Troubleshooting Issues
1.
Player doesn’t turn on
– charge the player using the AC Charger or connect
your MP4 Player to your computer. When you see the sign “USB Connect”, it
means that it is charging. If your player is completely discharged, please
allow sufficient time to fully charge the player.
2.
No response
– If your product is not responding at anytime, using the
RESET button located on the bottom right side of the player. (The reset
button looks like a tiny hole). Pressing it once will turn off your player. Then
proceed to turn it on using as described in the beginning of this manual.
3.
Buttons do not work
– check the silver button on the top of the player. Make
sure it is in the middle and not on the hold function, which is to the left.
Please refer to Basic Operations section of the Manual.
4.
No Sound
– check the volume levels on your screen, it may be set to “0”. If
so, use the “+” button located at the bottom of your player to increase the
volume.
5.
Unable to switch from speaker to earphone mode
– Uncheck the speaker
mode on the top left side of your screen. Press the speaker icon once to
cancel the speaker sound.
6.
Noise while playing music / video file
– damaged audio / video files do
often cause there to be an unusual sound coming from the player. If you are
hearing unusual noises on a good quality the music / video file is good, then
try using another earphone. It could be that there are impurities in the jack /
