INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Always retain label 
with element until installation 
is complete. This will assist in 
casing pack selection (see fig. 6)

Number of brackets
required for casing
lengths:-

40cm to 120cm = 2
140cm to 220cm = 3
240cm to 300cm = 4

Cut away ends of shrink wrap, remove fitting
kit and push fit brackets onto end element plate.
Illustration shows brackets fitted for right hand
connections. 

Fit central
support feet
if unit is
140cm long
or above, see
instructions
packed with
feet.

H = 20.5cm (205mm)

Offer up unit and mark wall fixings,
positioning underside of heat exchanger

205mm above finished floor level

Drill 8mm holes, fit Rawl plugs
and screw unit to wall.

Fit valves and connect pipe
work. Units can now be filled
and tested, 

but do not fit TRV

head at this point.

If top valves are being used
refer to instructions packed
with valve kits.

Each front panel is 10cm high.

4 bracket nibs = 40cm plus
