Widespread Kitchen Faucet
with Side Spray

DISASSEMBLY OF TEE
Loosen SET SCREW (1) in SPOUT TEE (2) with hex wrench supplied.
Pull downward to remove SPOUT TEE (2) away from SHANK (3).
Remove LOCKNUT (6) and WASHERS (4, 5) from SHANK (3).
Seat SEAL (7) into groove in SPOUT ESCUTCHEON BASE (8). Insert
SPOUT SHANK (3) through center hole of sink or mounting surface.
Assemble RUBBER WASHER (4), WASHER (5) and LOCKNUT (6) onto
threads of SPOUT SHANK (3) from underside of sink or mounting surface.
Align SPOUT (14) and tighten LOCKNUT (6) to secure spout assembly.
SPOUT TEE (2) must be removed before installation of spout into
mounting surface.
Turn off hot and cold water
supplies before beginning.

TEE AND HOSE ASSEMBLY

CONNECT SIDE SPRAY AND HOSE
Install SPOUT TEE (1) onto SPOUT
SHANK (2). Rotate SPOUT TEE (1)
back and forth when installing to
prevent damage to the "O" Ring. Hex
on SPOUT TEE (1) should face front.
Secure By tightening SET SCREW (3).
Insert FIBER WASHERS (4) into
COUPLING NUTS (5) of SUPPLY
HOSES (6) and tighten COUPLING
NUTS (5).

INSTALL VALVE BODIES AND HANDLES
1-1/4'' MAX.
Thread LOCKNUT (1) to bottom of VALVE BODY (2). Make sure
FIBER WASHER (3) and RUBBER WASHER (4) are installed.
Insert VALVE BODY (2) through mounting hole from underside
of sink or mounting surface.
Note: VALVE BODY marked Hot is installed in the left mtg. hole,
VALVE BODY marked Cold in the right when facing front of fitting.
Maximum mounting surface thickness is 1-1/4".
From top install RUBBER WASHER (5) onto VALVE BODY (2). Thread
MOUNTING RING (6) on VALVE BODY (2). Thread BONNET NUT (11)
onto VALVE BODY (2) until seated against the internal stop. Thread the
MOUNTING RING (6) counter clockwise until tight against the BONNET
NUT (11). Set VALVE BODIES (2) so that their outlets are facing
toward SPOUT TEE (7), then tighten LOCKNUT (1) using 35mm
or adjustable wrench.
Remove MOUNTING RINGS (6) and RUBBER WASHERS (5) from
VALVE BODIES (2).
Insert FIBER WASHERS (8) into COUPLING NUTS (9) of SUPPLY
HOSES (10) and tighten making water tight connection.
Important: Loop SUPPLY HOSES (10) as illustrated so they do not kink.

INSTALL HANDLES
Cross Handles:
Turn VALVE BODIES (2) to off position. Align HANDLES as shown or as desired and install CROSS
HANDLE (12) onto VALVE STEM (15). Secure CROSS HANDLES (12) with HANDLE SCREW (13). Thread INDEX
BUTTON (14) marked hot into left handle and INDEX BUTTON (14) marked cold into right handle.

With HAND SPRAY seated in HOLDER, install WEIGHT
(12) onto HOSE (7) using two SCREWS (13). Locate the
WEIGHT (12) two feet (2') from the underside of the
sink deck. Tighten SCREWS (13) firmly to secure WEIGHT
(12) to SPRAY HOSE (7).

Apply a bead of putty to the underside lip of
SPRAY HOLDER (12).
Place the SPRAY HOLDER (12) into the appropriate
mounting hole. Assemble the RUBBER WASHER (11),
BRASS WASHER (10) and LOCK NUT (9) onto the shank
of SPRAY HOLDER (12). From below tighten LOCK
NUT (9) to secure SPRAY HOLDER (12).
PUTTY
Remove RUBBER WASHER (11) and FIBER WASHER (8)
FROM SPRAY HOSE (7). Feed the small end of the
SPRAY HOSE (7) through the SPRAY HOLDER (9).
Install the RUBBER WASHER (11) into the COUPLING (14) for
the HAND SPRAY (10) and hand tighten. Place the HAND
SPRAY (10) into the Spray holder (9).
Thread other end of SPRAY HOSE (7) with WASHER (8)
onto spray connection of SPOUT TEE (1) and tighten.
