1. Install the base level.
2. Mark drill points using wall jambs as templates. Make sure wall jambs are sitting flush
on bottom on base before marking. Pre-drill holes for wall anchors and insert anchors
into holes with hammer.
3. Screw wall jambs into wall using #6 Phillips screws.
4. With the help of a second person, assemble the lower rail and side rails.
5. Insert fixed glass panels into lower rails with panel strip. Close frame by installing top
rail.
6. Mount frame on base and slide side frames securely into wall jambs.
7. Placing door rollers into top and bottom rails: For each door, fasten roller wheel
loosely to top holes in the door with bolt. Each roller wheel requires plastic washer for
each side of glass to prevent damage to glass. Mount glass door into top rail by
angling the door and sliding roller wheel in to rail. With door hanging from top 2
rollers, insert 2 rollers into bottom rail, sliding the barrel through the glass
. Loosely fasten the bolts by hand. Once door is mounted
on rollers, tighten top 2 bolts, adjusting as needed to ensure door is level and slides
freely. Once both doors are mounted make sure doors seal perfectly. Adjust as
needed by using flat screwdriver to adjust the concentric shaft of the rollers to
raise/lower the angle of the door to ensure perfect seal. Once completed, tighten
bottom bolts. Install the door handles. Be sure to add plastic washers to prevent
damage to the glass.
9. Apply bead of silicone around shower to prevent leaking, paying particular attention to
bottom corners as shown in Fig.6.
