8.7 Firmware update failure

Problem

•  Video bar or touch controller firmware update fails.

Cause

•  Firmware upgrade URL is invalid.
•  Firmware cannot be downloaded due to network connectivity issues.
•  Firmware update is a lower version than current firmware version.

Potential Fix

•   If using the custom URL update method, make sure the firmware upgrade URL is valid by entering 

it in a browser and verifying if the download succeeds.

•   If using Jabra Support update or VaaS partner update methods, ensure there is network connec-

tivity between the PanaCast 50 Video Bar System and the cloud and there is sufficient bandwidth 
to download the firmware.

•   Ensure the firmware version is higher than the currently installed firmware version.
