Before the First Use
• Put the lithium battery in the seat of the back of the scale. Make sure that you have placed
the poles according to the indication (+ / -).
ATTENTION: REMOVE THE PLASTIC UNDER THE BATTERY
• Press the button at the back of scale in order to choose the weight unit and move to the right
position.
• The scale has 3 weight units of measurement
Units of measurement:
Kilograms: Κg
Pounds: Lb
Stones: St: Lb
• Place the appliance on a flat, steady and dry surface.
• Distribute your weight evenly on the appliance and stand still. Remember to place your feet
on the same spot each time you are weighing yourself. The weight indication will appear
automatically on the LCD.
• Once you step down, the scale will turn off automatically after a few seconds. This protects
the battery life.
• For accurate results, make the measurement at the same time (eg. 19:00-21:00 every night)
If you do not follow the above steps, your weight measurement will not be accurate.
