Use
• Before using the appliance, wash all the
removable parts (not the motor base).
• Place the motor base (8) on a dry plane
surface.
• Insert the juice holder (6) along the drive
column (7) until it reaches the base (8),
making sure that the pin of the motor is
engaged correctly on the corresponding
notch on the bottom of the juice holder (6).
• Attach the strainer (5) to the removable
juice extractor (6) making sure that the
strainer (5) handle is engaged correctly in
the corresponding slot on the removable
juice holder. Position the small cone (3) on
the column (7).
• Plug in the appliance
• Cut the fruit in two.
• Press each half of the fruit firmly on
the small cone (3) or the large cone (2)
depending on the size of the cut fruit. The
motor starts up automatically. The juice
flows into the removable holder (6) after
passing through the strainer (5). For best
results, adjust the hold of the fruit tο ensure
that all parts of the flesh are squeezed.
• Do not put excessive pressure on the juice
cone: If the motor starts making too much
noise or the speed of the motor decreases
significantly, there is too much pressure
being exerted on the cone.
• The motor stops automatically when the fruit
is removed from the cone or when it cease
to be pressed.

: Never operate the
appliance continuously for more than
five minutes as this would damage the
motor.

Care and Cleaning
• Before performing any cleaning operation,
it is absolutely necessary to unplug the
appliance from the mains.
• Αfter each use, disassemble the various
parts of the appliance and place the
removable parts in warm soapy water for
cleaning.
IMPORTANT
: Do not put the
removable parts of the appliance in the
dishwasher since the corrosive nature
of detergents and the high temperature
of the water would result in them
becoming discolored and deformed.
• It is recommended to rise all the removable
parts immediately after use since the dried
pulp becomes difficult to remove and may
stain. Dry the parts after cleaning.
IMPORTANT
: Never immerse the
motor base in water or any other liquid.
• Clean the motor base by using a damp
cloth.
• Never use abrasive or corrosive products
or hard brushes as this could scratch and
damage the appliance.
• Before storing the appliance, ensure that it
is clean and dry and that there are no food
residues present. It is absolutely necessary
to keep this appliance clean at all times as it
comes into contact with food.
• Store the cable in the compartment beneath
the motor base.
