your iXsystems Account Manager if you have any questions.
** Unused drive bays will be populated with drive tray blanks to
maintain proper airflow.

If the TrueNAS Unified Storage Array arrived with
shipping damage, immediately take pictures and contact
iXsystems Support at
. Have the
TrueNAS Array’s serial number ready. It is located on the rear
of the system.
Step 2. Become familiar with the system.

Step 3. Determine the type of EIA rack/cabinet.
It will have either round or square style holes on the
mounting frame.
