If your transponder is equipped of the optional pressure sensor, you can select here the
type of communication link to get the pressure data. See Figure 26. In responder mode,
there is a physical link (umbilical) between the transponder and the workstation and the
pressure data can be sent via this link (
Serial
). In transponder mode, the link is
acoustic
because there is no physical link.
Click in the check box button to select the type of communication link.

If you choose

, the pressure is sent in NMEA format.

In this section, we describe the
Acoustic remote
area (see Figure 27) that allows you to
check before deployment the acoustic commands that are active and available for use
during operation from the acoustic remote control. The commands that are active have
their
Active
check box . Each command is identified by a specific
Operation Code
.
Commands
You can configure the acknowledgment signal
CAF
that answers upon reception of the
remote control command and possibly after completion of a specific command such as the
Release
command.

The grayed parameters are used to define the operation codes of the acoustic commands
and are only available in factory.
