Use PRESSURE Sensor
In case of high elevation of the target the angle measurement accuracy decreases.
(Woodward law, physics characteristics).
If a pressure information is available POSIDONIA II automatically integrate this additional
information into the algorithm to improve the depth information, which in turns allow the
system to better estimate bias in X/Y data and correct it.
POSIDONIA II can use either optional pressure sensor installed in the iXBlue transponder
(optional, data retrieved through umbilical or through the acoustic channel) or third party
pressure sensor if available on the tracked vehicle.
