- TIG/TIG Pulse/MMA mode :

Push button to choose a welding mode

- Control buttons:

rotary control to adjust the values   of the parameters chosen keys.

- 2T/4T button:

“2T” n is short welding, pressing button will power up when released, stop

power supply. The first is the power button is pressed “4T” was and will remain so until the

next time you press the button.

- Base rate:

this button controls the volume of stream valleys.

- Given current :

controls the pulse peak current of

- Ramp-up time:

after the start of welding , the current should rise to a gradual current , this

feature controls the current rise time . If foot pedal is used, this button is “ 0” , adjustable

by turning counterclockwise .

- Deceleration time :

After completion of welding , the current should be reduced gradually

halt , this function controls the power loss time . If foot pedal is used, this button is “ 0” ,

adjustable by turning counterclockwise .

- Starting current:

after the start of welding , the current should rise to a gradual hegsztőáram

, this function is governed by the initial value of the current.

- Ramp- current:

After completion of welding , the current should decrease to a stop gradu

-

ally , this function controls the final value of the current.

- Gas after-flow time:

workpiece oxidize due to heat and must be cooled by gas welding

completion of approx. To 10s, this button controls the utóáramlási time.

- Gas pre -flow time :

To ensure the efficiency of the gas flow in welding time must begin

before the power surge, this switch controls the time between gas and electric start.

- Pulse frequency :

the function sets the pulse frequency ( 0.5 to 300 Hz )

- Pulse duty:

duration of the pulse cycle regulates this function . This means that the peak

power of the pulse phase for longer or shorter cycle than the base current phase. The two

sections can not be achieved the best results melt of equal length , adjusting the rate.

Operation Steps of DC TIG Welding

- Connect the welding machine to the input power supply and power the welding
machine on. In such case, power on the machine and let it have a self-check;
and the screen will display: Full display->HYL->Model such as 200-> Enter the
previous welding status.
- Press the TIG/MMA function selector switch, then the DC TIG indicator will be
on and the welding machine will change into the DC TIG status.
- Press the parameter setup selector key to set welding parameters such as
foreblow time, arc striking current, rise time, given current, fall time, arc stopping
current, afterblow time, etc; with the regulation knob (2), you may respectively
adjust the above parameters.
- Press the 2T/4T selector key to choose 2T or 4T.
- After regulating the welding current, save such welding parameter as unit n;
for the next use, you may directly call the parameters in the storage unit n.
- Please note the rated welding current and duty cycle; DO NOT use the welding
machine under overload.
·After the welding is over, turn off the power switch and then disconnect the
input power.
