5� Why doesn’t my remote control function?
•
Check if your iPod/iPhone is correctly docked in the docking
station�
•
Try the remote control from different locations� Strong
lighting or other room conditions can affect the remote
control�
•
Make sure nothing is blocking the infrared (IR) signal path
between the remote control and the docking station�
6� Why doesn’t the iPod/iPhone video output function?
•
Video cable is not connected properly� Connect the video
cable to the TV, and make sure the cable is inserted firmly
into the correct socket and fully connected to the video
output socket�
•
iPod/iPhone TV out setting may be turned off, make sure it
is set to “ON’ or “ASK” (see page 11)� For more information,
see the features guide for your iPod/iPhone� Different
generation iPod/iPhone have variations in video output
settings�
•
iPod/iPhone software compatibility problem, make sure
your iPod/iPhone is running with the most updated Apple
software�
