iPod/iPhone Operations
Inserting your iPod/iPhone
1. Press the iPod/iPhone dock door at the marking to open it.
2. Insert your iPod/iPhone into the iPod/iPhone dock until it sits firmly in place.
3. Close the iPod/iPhone dock door and then switch on your iPod/iPhone.
4. Switch on the unit and it will automatically start playing the iPod/iPhone music after
a few seconds.
5. Select your desired music, photos and videos using the iPod/iPhone controls.
Basic Operation
Powering ON/OFF
Switch the POWER ON/OFF switch at the top of the unit to the ON position.
To switch the unit off, switch the POWER ON / OFF switch to the OFF position.
Adjusting Volume
Press the VOL + or VOL – button to increase / decrease the volume.
• The following iPod models cannot be fitted into the dock house: iPod 1

, 3
rd
and 4
th
generation, iPod Mini. To enjoy music from those iPods, please use the AUX IN function.
• When the unit is powered by batteries, please ensure that iPod/iPhone playback has stopped
before switching off the unit, otherwise, the iPod/iPhone battery will keep draining until the
iPod/iPhone is removed from the dock.
When the iPod/iPhone is connected, it will automatically start charging the iPod/
iPhone battery until it is fully charged.
