GENERAL TIPS
• Air and light are the factors that cause wines to age poorly. As
much as possible, avoid exposing your favorite bottles.
• Store corked bottles on their sides. This avoids having the
cork dry out, which would allow air into the bottle.

out of direct sunlight.
• Prevent sediment from being stirred up by avoiding
heavy vibrations.
