Troubleshooting
• Removing the batteries from the battery compartment will always cause the drum pad to stop
working as long as it is not plugged in.
• When the batteries start to reach the end of their lifespan, you may notice a decrease in sound
quality or erratic functionality. If you notice this occurring, please make sure to change the battery
as soon as possible.
• If the drum pad experiences a malfunction, turn the power switch to the OFF position, remove
the batteries or disconnect it from the power supply, and wait approximately 5-10 seconds
before reconnecting it to the power supply/reinstalling the batteries and flipping the switch back to
the ON position. This should restore the default settings.
• If the drum pad makes a buzzing sound, make sure there are no other electronic devices nearby
that might be causing interference and that the drum pad is sitting on a smooth, even surface.
• If the room in which you are using the drum pad experiences a dramatic change in temperature
or fluctuation in humidity levels, you may experience some sound issues or irregular functions in
the drum pad. If this occurs, try to smooth the drum pad and roll it out so that it lays flat on the
playing surface to confirm that the drum sections are working normally. If you continue to
experience issues, you may need to move the drum pad to another room with more stable conditions.
Care & Maintenance
• To clean the drum pad, wipe it with soft and dry fabric. Do not submerge the drum pad in water or
use detergents to clean it.
• After use, you should store the drum pad in a cool, dry place. If you won’t be using it again for a
while, make sure to take out the batteries as well.
• Don’t use this product in any location where it will be exposed to high temperatures, moisture,
or high levels of humidity, or else it will not function properly.
