Water Filtration-Connect the machine to a water filter, as required by ITV warranty.

Drain Connections-Drain pipes should be at least 6” (15cm.) below the drain of the ice maker.
Initial Startup

Turn on the water supply. (Insure that there are no leaks).

Connect to the electric power.

Set the ON/OFF switch to Position I: In the front of under-counter and self-contained units. On
modular models, switch is located in the rear of the machine.

After the startup, if we observe, that the pump is unprimed (does not drop water), we should
turn the timer until the pins press the micros (harvest position) to get a new entry of water to the
production water pan.
15)
Check that water flows into the machine, and compressor is running. If water is not flowing,
“prime” the reservoir, with water, just the first time.
16)
If ice thickness is not as expected, wait until a second cycle is complete before making any
adjustment on the under-counter’s cycle thermostat, or modular’s ice thickness probe. Remove all ice
from these two cycles.
