Allow the water to flow during two or three minutes.

Once the evaporator is completely empty, re-connect the tubes to the evaporator and
the water tank

Prepare a mix 50% acid phosphoric and distillated water. Do not use hydrochloric acid.
We recommend to use our cleaner Calklin. Pour the mix slowly in the water bin
(remove the cover). The solution is more effective at 35-40ºC. If need it, add more
water to fill the water tank and evaporator by opening the water faucet.

Plug the machine to the electricity and turn in on. To bypass the timer, press the
contactor and it will start without waiting the 10 minutes.

Let it work for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, stop the unit, close the water faucet if need it, disconnect the over
flow tube to empty the water tank, and then disconnect the inlet water tube to the
evaporator and purge all the solution.

Connect the tubes. Open the water.

Connect the compressor (connect to the contactor or use the cleaning switch).
21.
Connect the machine and let it work .
CAUTION: Do not use the ice made during the first 5 minutes.
Ice bin cleaning
1.
Disconnect the unit from electricity, closet he water inlet, and empty the bin of ice
cubes.
2.
Use a cloth with a degreasing detergent.
3.
If the white lime stains won’t disappear, rub with lemon, wait a bit and pass the cloth
back. Rinse with water, dry and put back up the machine.
Exterior cleaning
Use the same procedure as the ice bin cleaning.
