6. Fasten the impeller:
a) Fit the greased washer and impeller screw.
b) Tighten the impeller screw.
Tightening torque: 76 Nm (57 ft lb)
c) Tighten it a further 1/8 turn (45°).
d) Fit the wear protection/plug.
7. Check that the impeller can rotate freely.
The clearance between the impeller and the pump housing should be 0.4 – 1.3 mm (0.015–0.05 in.).
