Pulizia della cioccolatieraia
Per assicurare la necessaria igiene è
fondamentale pulire frequentemente la
macchina.
Prima di lavare la cioccolatiera nei suoi
singoli componenti, è consigliabile far
funzionare la stessa riempiendo la vasca
di
acqua, posizionando il termostato
a 50°; in
tal modo sarà facilitata l'asportazione delle
possibili incrostazioni di cioccolato formatesi
all'interno della vasca.

nuovamente l'interruttore rosso
(vedi
disegno A) e disinserire la spina dalla presa di
corrente.
Smontare il rubinetto
come mostrato in
figura C.1 e C.2. Rimuovere la vasca dando dei
colpetti di lato e spostandola verso l’alto (vedi
disegno D). Sfilare l'agitatore
(vedi disegno
E).
Lavare l'agitatore
e la vasca
con
acqua calda e detersivo per stoviglie. Per
evitare graffiature sulle superfici lavate è
sconsigliabile l'utilizzo di spugne abrasive.

CLEANING OF “NEW CIOCAB”
To ensure sanitation clean the machine
frequently.
Before cleaning the single components, fill
the bowl
with water and let machine work
with thermostat set at 50°; this will help removal
of chocolate deposit in the bowl. Push the red
button
to switch off the machine and
remove plug from the socket;
Remove the tap
as shown in pict. C.1
and C.2;
Remove the bowl
by pulling it upwards;
Remove the stirring paddle
(see pict.E);
Clean the stirring paddle
and the bowl
with hot water and dishwashing liquid
detergent.
To avoid scraping of the parts do not use
abrasive agents.
