PROGRAMMING IS INITIATED AS FOLLOWS:
1. User presses and holds
B1
&
B6
simultaneously.
After 1 second, the buzzer will signal with a single beep.
This enters the user into “Programming Mode”
From this point, the user can engage either of two programming tasks:
A)
Button
Programming
B) Device Configuration Programming
For Button Programming:
2. User presses
B2
&
B5
simultaneously, until the buzzer signals with a single beep.
Proceed to Button Programming instructions, step 3.
For Device Configuration Programming:
2. User presses

&
B4
simultaneously, until the buzzer signals with a single beep.
Proceed to Device Configuration Programming instructions, step 3.
3. User selects a key to program:
Press any single key. Buzzer will beep once.
4. User selects a function to program that key with:
Press B1 to select Logical Mouse Left Button
(Go to 5A)

Press B2 to select Logical Mouse Middle Button (Go to 5A)

Press B3 to select Logical Mouse Right Button (Go to 5A)
Press B4 to select Special Function Key
(Go to 5B)
Press B5 to select Left Hand Default
(Finished)
Press B6 to select Right Hand Default
(Finished)
After the key press, the buzzer signals with two beeps.
5A. User selects the operation the key will perform:
Press B1 to select Single Click Operation
Press B2 to select Double Click Operation
Press B3 to select Click & Drag Operation
(note: B4, B5, and B6 are unused at this time, and will report an error and cancel programming.)
After the key press, the buzzer signals with four beeps. Programming operation is completed.
5B. (Special Functions) User selects the operation the key will perform:
Press B1 to select Speed Toggle
Press B2 to select Scroll Toggle
(note: B3, B4, B5, and B6 are unused at this time, and will report an error and cancel programming.)
After the key press, the buzzer signals with three beeps. Programming operation is completed.
Finished:
Program codes are written to non-volatile memory, and a final long beep is issued.
(Note) On Rev A, B,and C versions of the evolution, for this step, B2 indicates Mouse Right button, and B3 indicates Mouse Middle button.
